Letter from the Queen: January 2026

Happy New Year, Queendom!

This month’s recap is full of goodies. Thank you for coming back, and if this is your first time walking through the gates—welcome to the Queens Lounge.

December was our month of creation. I wasn’t just getting in drag; I was getting down to business building out this blog. I am thrilled to announce that we now have a full membership integration.

Now, the only way I have been able to stay on track and build this empire without losing my wig has been my Planner.

Looking at 2026, we are in for a wild ride. It is vital that here in the Queendom, we keep our mental health on lock. I have curated a list of Local and National Resources for our community to serve as a starting point.

There is a ton of work I want to do and organizations I plan to partner with, but I can’t do it alone. I am always looking for the next best thing, so if you have a resource or a contact, don’t be afraid to reach out via the link below.

Finally, this year I am taking a real shot at The Spotlight. I want to interview talent and business owners so we can shine a light on our local Black and Queer community here in the Central Valley. If you are building something, I want to hear about it.
